Murakami X KaiKai KiKi


Founded by Takashi Murakami, Kaikai Kiki Gallery opened in Tokyo in 2008 as a venue to showcase the artists being mentored and managed by Takashi Murakami in Japan. Equally important, the gallery has also offered Tokyo debuts to several prominent western contemporary artists, contributing to the overall development of the Japanese art scene.
In recent years, itΒ have held exhibitions for Virgil Abloh, James Jean, Austin Lee, He Xiangyu, and Friedrich Kunath as well as work by established and emerging Japanese artists such as Chiho Aoshima, Mr., Aya Takano, ob, Emi Kuraya, Otani Workshop, MADSAKI, and TENGAone.
